Collagen + Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha

You read that right. This matcha recipe has collagen ✔ adaptogens ✔ AND strawberry cold foam ✔. Strawberries might be my favorite fruit this summer, and I'm not mad about it! This matcha recipe is straight out of my wellness girlie dreams ☁️

 

Ingredients:

Makes one matcha

  • 1 Tbsp Kroma Wellness Beauty Matcha Latte*
  • 4 oz hot water
  • 4 oz almond milk (or any milk you like)
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/4 c heavy cream (I used dairy free)
  • 1 packet/serving vanilla collagen

 

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 tbsp of Kroma Wellness matcha with 4 oz of hot water and set aside.
  2. Wash and slice your three strawberries.
  3. Mash with a fork or masher until liquified.
  4. Add 1 tbsp raw honey and mix.
  5. In a separate cup, whip strawberry mixture and heavy cream until light frothy. You can use a mixer, or powerful milk frother.
  6. Add ice to a new cup and milk of choice.
  7. Add matcha on top.
  8. Add your cold foam on top.

*If you don't own Kroma's Beauty Matcha, I recommend combining one packet of vanilla collagen with your milk before adding matcha and cold foam.
