Cucumber Mint Debloat Mocktail

Cucumber Mint Debloat Mocktail

This is your go-to mocktail for hot summer dinner nights, having friends over for a BBQ, or anytime you just want a refreshing beverage! The ingredients in this mocktail are perfect if you need something light, and want those anti-bloating benefits. It's super easy to make, and you can even prep it for a party in a larger quantity. Ditch the hangover and dehydration and drink this instead! 🥒

Ingredients:

Makes about 4 mocktails

  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • Juice of one lime
  • Handful of fresh mint
  • 1 c water
  • 1 spoon of raw honey
  • pineapple juice (I prefer 100% cold pressed, not from concentrate)
  • sparkling water of choice

Directions:

  1. Slice your cucumber and add to a blender.
  2. Add the lime juice, mint, water, and honey, and blend.
  3. Strain your cucumber mixture into a new container using a sieve.
  4. Grab your mocktail glass and add ice almost to the top.
  5. Add about 3 oz of pineapple juice, or about 1/4 c depending on your glass.
  6. Add about the same amount of the cucumber mixture.
  7. Top off with sparkling water.

Add some fresh mint to garnish and you've got a totally DELISH mocktail. You will be obsessed with it, and you'll thank me later for no hangover! Feel free to double this recipe if you want to make a big batch. I find the perfect glass for this recipe is a stemless wineglass or high ball glass. Stay cool besties 🫶
