The ingredients in this mocktail are perfect if you need something light, and want those anti-bloating benefits. It's super easy to make, and you can even prep it for a party in a larger quantity. Ditch the hangover and dehydration and drink this instead! 🥒

Ingredients:
Makes about 4 mocktailsÂ
- 1/2 English cucumber
- Juice of one lime
- Handful of fresh mint
- 1 c water
- 1 spoon of raw honey
- pineapple juice (I prefer 100% cold pressed, not from concentrate)
- sparkling water of choice

Directions:
- Slice your cucumber and add to a blender.
- Add the lime juice, mint, water, and honey, and blend.
- Strain your cucumber mixture into a new container using a sieve.
- Grab your mocktail glass and add ice almost to the top.
- Add about 3 oz of pineapple juice, or about 1/4 c depending on your glass.
- Add about the same amount of the cucumber mixture.
- Top off with sparkling water.Â
