Strawberry Collagen Balls

Strawberry Collagen Balls

This functional dessert/snack is such a satisfying healthy choice when you're craving something sweet. No processed sugars, and added collagen makes this collagen ball actually good for you! And who doesn't love the taste of strawberry?? I could eat like 5 of these 😂

Ingredients:

Makes about 20 balls

  • 1 1/2 c gluten-free oats (regular is fine too)
  • 2 1 oz bags freeze dried strawberries
  • 3 scoops collagen
  • 1 c nut butter of choice (I used cashew)
  • 1/2 c pure maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Add oats to blender and pulse until powdered.
  2. Take one bag of freeze dried strawberries and crush well with a rolling pin. We want the strawberries to be mostly powder as well.
  3. Add oats, crushed strawberries, and collagen to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add in nut butter and mix well.
  5. Add in maple syrup and mix until fully combined.
  6. Form balls by grabbing a small handful of dough, and press together to form a ball shape. Roll through hands to even out the shape.
  7. Crush your other bag of freeze dried strawberries and add the powder to a small bowl.
  8. Roll your collagen balls through the freeze dried strawberries to coat.

If your dough is too crumbly, you may need to add a little more nut butter. The balls should easily come together. You can store these balls in the refrigerator. The collagen powder I used is linked here! These balls are SO addicting I know you're going to love them. DM me a picture if you make them! 🫶
