The Easiest Wellness Shots - Pineapple/ACV/Ginger/Lime

If you're new to wellness shots, these ones are incredibly easy, and tasty enough for beginners! This wellness shot is especially amazing for your gut health. It's got pineapple, which has bromelain. Bromelain is amazing for your digestion and is anti-inflammatory. We've also got ACV, or apple cider vinegar. ACV is rich in B vitamins, probiotics, and can help control your blood sugar. Ginger is another gut health hero-- it can help with nausea, bloating, digestion, and has immunity benefits.

Ingredients:

Makes about 8 wellness shots

  • 8 oz pineapple juice
  • 4 oz fresh ginger
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar

 

Directions:

  1. Wash your ginger and cut into small chunks.
  2. Add pineapple, ACV, ginger, and lime juice to a blender (option to throw the entire lime into the blender- just make sure to cut lime into fourths).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture, pressing on the pulp to get all the juice out.
  5. Store in the refrigerator using small shot jars, or in one large pitcher.
